DELIVERY TIMES FOR ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24
There are some exceptions to express delivery with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which means your order will take a little longer to reach you than next working day.
Orders will be delivered in 2 working days to areas with the HS2, PA60-75, 78 and ZE2,3 postcodes.
Orders will be delivered in 3 working days to areas with the KW16,17 and PH30, 41-44 postcodes.
DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS FOR DHL EXPRESS
If your delivery address falls into one of the postcodes below, please speak to our customer service team on 0333 400 5200 to place your order. They can make alternative arrangements to send your parcel by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which cannot be done on the website.
